Key Responsibilitie

• Communicate, reserve and maintain external capacity throughout supply chain
• Manage raw material and finished goods delivery with oversight of work in progress reporting
• Ensure all fulfillment requirements are met, including lab testing, labeling, tagging and packaging, etc.
• Understand thoroughly importing regulations for all regions, including classification
• Manage supplier terms and conditions, including payment and shortage / overage
• Verify vendor compliance status with corporate Human Rights department
• Resolve quality and fulfillment issues, working closely with Sourcing, Merchandising Planning and Retail departments
• Work close with local designers in development stage

Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 8 years experience in active wear merchandising (Asia market experience is a plus)
• Experience in working with designers is definitely an advantage
• Organized and detail oriented, capable of processing and analyzing large amount of data
• Great communication skills with teamwork minded
• Previous experience in US buying office is preferable
