Responsibilities

Work closely with Factory Manager to :

- oversee plant operation, cost and budget control

- analyze and improve operation efficiency and productivity

- ensure compliance to product quality to fulfill clients' expectation

- liase with different departments to ensure efficient production and on time delivery

Requirements

- Dip in Manufacturing / Industrial/ Production / Quality Management or related disclipine

- 7- 8 years solid experience in managing factory in PRC, preferably in cabinetry or furniture

- Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical areas is an advantage

- Strong coordination, management and leadership skills

- Good in people skills

- Excellent Command of spoken English and Manadrain is a must

-  Proficiency in MS Office

Working Location

- GuangXi (< 183 days/ year)
