Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for written responses to guests’ comments and assist in investigation work to resolve the issues
  • Work closely with internal departments and regional airport lounge teams to solve guest problems
  • Prepare reports and analyse feedback from guests if the Company’s standards are being adhered to
  • Review, audit and evaluate service quality of the Company’s airport lounges and other businesses as per the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and other relevant standards
  • Identify areas for improvement, devise improvement plans, and take remedial / preventive actions with the operations teams and relevant departments
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitate the full implementation of the Company’s quality management system in the daily operation of all service outlets
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects or assessments as instructed by the superiors


Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder or above in Language, Translation, Communication Studies or related disciplines
  • At least 1- 4 years relevant working experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Excellent command of written / spoken English and Chinese is A MUST
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an analytical mind
  • Customer-service mindset with strong sense of responsibility
  • Attention to details, a self-motivated team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver good quality of work
  • Computer literacy in MS applications including Chinese word processing
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001 Management System, and HACCP / ISO 22000 Food Safety & Assurance System is a must for Senior Business Officer position
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Officer
  • Immediate availability is preferred
