Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing concepts and design solutions for allocated clients and projects
• Supervise the design team in delivering good quality work
• Manage multiple projects from concept development to completion
• Develop good quality concepts for multiple lines of brand

Requirements

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• At least five years experience in chain retail, exhibition or events projects
• Must be self motivated and can work with colleagues to prepare and present ideas
• Excellent leadership / communication/ presentation skills are a must 
• Ability to lead a team of creative talents, to write and present creative proposals and lead projects from concept development to completion
• A strong working knowledge of experiential design, brand development, and creative process
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient skills in Photoshop Illustrator, Flash, QuarkXpress and other programs usually required to apply

Annual salary up to $1,200,000
