Assoc. Marketing Director (Beijing) – external title in BJ office

*Internal title in Hong Kong office (equivalent to Marketing Manager)

HK$ 40,000 – 50,000 (depends on experiences)

Local China citizen or Hong Konger is working in Beijing is welcome

*Report to V.P. and Director (Hong Kong office)

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Marketing team of HK head quarter office, the Associate Marketing Director should lead external agencies to deliver on marketing and promotion campaigns in China.

• Provide direction and leadership for the expansion of all marketing activities, including digital and social media promotion campaigns.

• Plan and manage all marketing events and promotions for China regions.

• Good connection with media/malls in BJ for holding the PR & Events

• Liaise and maintain good relationship with all related parties.

• Responsible for budgeting with each program.

• Monitor the performance of team members and agencies for achieving the requirement of the projects and providing hands-on guidance and leadership where necessary.

• Other ad hoc projects.

  Requirements

   

• Degree in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years’ working experiences in public relations, marketing and event management in which 2 years experiences in Beijing is preferable.

• Creative, market oriented and strong leadership.

• Strong event management and China exposure experience is definitely an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English/Mandarin
