Job Duties:

• N2 level of Japanese is an advantage.
• Implementation of marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, store and media traffic, as well as customer engagement.
• Developing and executing business plans in order to optimise sale and exposure.
• Monitoring marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, collaborations, PR and media planning.
• Drive the sales team to achieve the company budget.
• Day-to-day to operate all retail stores and counters.
• Manage and motivate the sales team and subordinates.
