We are looking for an experienced, independent and passionate professional to join our team in Hong Kong. This person will serve as our Senior Associate / Consultant, joining a group of creative and devoted communications specialists, working on multiple accounts to deliver impactful results to a diverse range of clients.

 Responsibilities

• Develop integrated client strategies for small to mid-size client retainers and projects.
• Develop and manage client budgets, including anticipating and tracking budget and work scope changes, proactively recommending remedial actions to supervisors (as needed) and resolving billing / invoicing problems.
• Draft strategic / positioning documents and be accountable for quality of written work sent by team to external audiences.
• Cultivate in-depth relationships with key media, client’s stakeholders and counsels clients how to engage with them.
• Identify client needs in social / digital / mobile. Know when to engage digital / content specialist third-parties / vendors.
• Direct and manage the mix of research sources and efforts to generate data and analysis to derive trends and insights.
• Manage the new business pitching process. Lead new business pitch presentations for small- to mid-size pitches.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching of direct reports to raise work output to quality standards. Understand direct reports’ motivations and harnesses them towards achieving KPIs. Create and conduct small training modules.

 Requirements  

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate communications or consumer marketing, preferably with public relations agency experience.  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
• Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the corporate communications or consumer marketing landscape in Hong Kong, a plus for the Asian market
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory

  Education Level  

• B.A. degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline
