Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the organization follows GMP and GDP and operates to maintain a state of quality oversight control.
• Ensure a quality management system is implemented and maintained
• Ensure that procedures and policies are appropriate and followed.
• Ensure investigation is conducted and root cause correctly is identified and eliminated
• Ensure relevant client and customer quality complaints are dealt with effectively
• Suppliers /subcontractors management
• Ensure that self-inspection/ Internal Audit are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged program and necessary corrective/preventive measures are put in place
• Being involved in any decision to quarantine or disposition rejected, recalled or falsified products
• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing quality KPIs, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of quality system management experience in pharmaceutical industry in Hong Kong with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Strong understanding and knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP and GDP
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager, Quality Assurance
• Work Location: Kwai Chung
