Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and products in relation to TCM or food;
• Formulate buying plan and assist in reviewing the purchasing procedures;
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the most favorable price, schedule, terms and conditions; &
• Vendor management.

Requirements:

• Professional Diploma or above in Purchasing, Procurement, or any other related discipline;
• At least 8 years' sourcing and purchasing experience, preferably in Chinese Medicine or food industry;
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English;
• Detail-minded with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, independent and willing to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in PC skills.
