Job Description

• To provide support in daily administration, operational support including bookings for hospital admission of patients, laboratory tests, dispensation of medications.
• Dispensation of Medications.
• Handling of patients’ records & data entry.
• To assist Doctors in typing reports.
• Perform clinical practices such as Blood Pressure, E.C.G., Holter Monitor, Venepuncture, Finger-Prick testing for Blood Sugar & Lipid Profile.
• Preference will be given to those who has worked with Family Physicians experienced  also in assisting Echocardiography performance.

Qualifications

• Matriculation Level (not less than Form 5) 
• Minimum 2 Years experience in working as a Clinic Assistant, HCA or Enrolled Nurse 
• Familiar with Clinic Solution Software
• Language Skills: Good command of English (spoken & written) is necessary; apart from the ability to speak & write Cantonese and conversant in Pu Tong Hua (Mandarin).
• Good Computer Skills: Word, Photoshop, Power Point. 
  

Applicants:

• 5 and a half day week.
• Monday to Friday :  1st Shift from     09: 30am – 6: 00pm
•                                   2nd Shift from    10: 30am – 7: 00pm
• Every Wednesday  :                            09: 30am – 5: 00pm
• Every Saturday      :                             09: 30am – 2: 00pm
• Sundays & Public Holidays Off

• Double Pay.
• Bonus will be applicable after completion of 2 years service with the Company.
• Gratuity will be applicable after completion of 5 years of service with the Company.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications of the right candidate.
