Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Hong Kong and overseas property management services
  • Assist to supervise household employees to ensure safety and quality working standard
  • Maintain duty roster and manage daily working schedule
  • Delegate duties appropriately among household employees and provide guidelines when necessary
  • Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Attentive to details, good communication skills and well-organized
  • Smart, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferable
