Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and clients in a professional manner.
• Perform sales calls, customer visits, site visit, contract negotiation and all other relevant matters
• Provide support and co-ordinate the sale and marketing activities

• 進行電話銷售，客戶探訪，實地考察，合同談判和所有其他相關事宜

Requirements

• Tertiary education or Diploma 
• Holder of salesperson’s license or estate agent’s licence
• 1 year or above property agent experience preferably in industrial / commercial property
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
• Possesses of Class 1 driving licence is preferable.

資歷

• 持有大專或文憑之學歷
• 持有營業員牌照或地產代理牌照
• 一年或以上有關地產代理經驗, 具工商地產代理經驗優先.
• 良好的溝通和表達技巧
• 良好英語及粵語, ; 懂普通話更佳
• 持有Class1駕駛執照更佳
