Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management to ensure timely delivery, safety, and profitability
• Responsible for the overall profit and loss, cost controlling
• Coordination with involved parties, work closely with consultants, sub-contractors & government authorities
• To ensure the project schedule and quality of work are under control
• To conduct site inspection 
• To manage manpower of the team
• To control and supervise overall site activities
• To gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Engineering, Building Studies, Project or Construction Management related subjects
• Minimum 3 years or above of relevant working experience in project management
• Strong in decision-making and problem-solving
• Self motivated, good communication and presentation skills
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese and Putonghua
