Our client, a Japanese Securities firm is seeking a high caliber professional to join their team as Head of HR manager.

 Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR tasks such as administration or others
• Attention warning to the office, and make a warning letter
• Implementing of human resources plans and identifying new HR initiatives for organizational growth.
• To translate business requirements into effective HR practices
• Travel and accommodation management;
• Source, monitor and review vendor services and contracts;

 Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications are prefered
• At least 6-7 years' relevant working experience in Securities firm or Investment Bank
• Experience in Japanese company
• Detail minded with good presentation and communication skills
• Good MS PC Skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese. Japanese speaking is welcome.
