Responsibilities :

• To manage the business operation of assigned shops;
• To manage and develop the sales force at shops;
• To coordinate with supporting teams to ensure smooth operation at shops;
• To monitor and improve the P&L performance of assigned shops;
• To maintain a close and efficient communication with shops through shop visit and regular meetings;
• To ensure a total customer satisfaction standard at designated shops in terms of shop appearance, customer services, photo quality and professional image;
• To motivate and develop all subordinates to work harmony and productively towards company’s objectives;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as requested.

 Job Requirements:

• Post-Secondary graduate;
• 2 years' retail management experience;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Well analytical skills and problem solving ability;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
