Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Handle emails and follow up online orders
- Provide general clerical support
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in customer service, experience in retail industry an advantage
- Good telephone manners and communication skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Good command in MS office applications
- Well organized, responsible and able to work independently
- Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
