Our Client, a leading Financial Institute is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Customer Service Office.

Requirements

• Degree of Finance/Business Administration or related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Japanese is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and overtime

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' inquiries via phone or email
• Assist in financial reports preparation
• Maintain good relationship with customers, dealers and vendors
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
