Our Client, a leading Financial Institute is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Office Assistant.

Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Finance/Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Japanese is an advantage
• Outgoing, customer oriented and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' inquiries via phone or email
• Prepare documents for license application and follow up the process
• Work closely with Transport Department for vehicle license renewal
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
