French Restaurant Manager (Ref No. HKJC-070-2013)

A reputable Hotel Group in Macau is looking for a high-calibre Restaurant Manager, who is willing to work in Macau. The incumbent is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operation of the French Restaurant in the Hotel
• Take charge of the Profit and Loss of the Restaurant
• Develop and motivate a strong team to achieve the business targets
• Provide leadership, direction and training to ensure high level of service standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Catering Management or related disciplines in Food Science
• At least 12 years’ experience in Food & Beverage with supervisory level in running high volume operations of multiple locations
• Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent command of in English, Cantonese and Putonghua with intermediate level of French a MUST (Native French applicant is welcome)
• Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office Applications.
