Our Client, is a foreign based Financial Institutions with business provide IT Trading Platform for banks, securities house and trading companies with offices Worldwide.

Due to expansion , they looking for 2 CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICERS to cope with business growth.

Aim 

The Client Services Agents will provide client support across all client groups whilst working collaboratively with the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Report to Head of  Business, you will support the Institutional Sales Manager and Account Manager 
• Being the first point of contact for clients & acting as an ambassador to serve clients across different trading platforms.
• Providing client support , handle with  inquiries, or complaints by phone, post, email and live chat in a fast and effective manner.
• Ensure that client issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner. 
• Understanding and anticipating the needs and expectations of the clients.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of client experience.
• Championing swift and effective service that increases opportunities and revenue.

 Essential Skills / Experience:

• Teritary education or above
• Solid client services experience
• Business Fluency in written and verbal Mandarin and English plus other language is a plus 
• At least 1-3 years CUSTOMER SERVICES Experience
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
• IMMEDIATE or short notice is highly preferred
