Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and train all operation staffs in all stores levels.
- Prepare all store rosters and ensure that it is effectively implemented.
- Manage the whole Group Operation Team and ensure company rules and policies are implemented.
- Maintain and supervise operation brand rules and operation standard procedures.
- Check and maintain all Group stores equipment’s by ensuring they are all functioning and properly use and maintain in accordance with the brand equipment policies and procedures.
- Achieve sales targets for all stores and minimize all operational costs.
- Establish and maintain good customer relation.
- Report to Managing Director to oversee the Group Operation;
Requirements
- Proven successful experience in store management.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- People and customer management skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant field.
