POSITION SUMMARY

The IWC Sales Associate is responsible to achieve the sales targets, implement superior customer service and to be an Ambassador of the Brand while adhering to IWC policies and procedures.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets set by the Boutique Manager
• Knows the products and their availability, technical particularities on horology, the IWC history, competitors in luxury industry, and share his/her knowledge with the customers
• Delivers company's customer service standars and co-develops the customer database
• Assists Boutique Manager with local events and in maintaining the store in accordance with visual directives and presentation standards
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in luxury environment
• Pleasant, result-oriented and eager to interact with different levels of customers
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position
