Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new wholesale accounts in Korea for the company, candidate with existing wholesale customers in Korea is preferred;
• Formulate and execute sales strategy for the brands in the Korea luxury fashion market;
• Create and develop a constructive partnership relationship with wholesalers/franchisees, achieve set sales target for the brands;
• Explore and keep updates on the changing luxury markets and competitors, seek for opportunities with various business partners in Korea;
• Support wholesalers/franchisees in the buying process, organizes buying appointment, processing order to ensure that brand’s merchandising strategy is implemented;
• Enhance the brand’s awareness and maintain the standard by conducting brand and product training;
• Support the wholesalers/franchisees in VM, training, market event to ensure customers experience and brand image is consistent with guidelines.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of wholesale/franchise sales and business development experience, preferably in premium/luxury fashion;
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong business insight and have proven record of sales performance;
• Sales driven mindset;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Spoken & written Korean is preferred but not essential;
• Able to work independently;
• Frequent travel is required;
• Immediately available is preferable.
