The appointee is a key person in the development and management of new and existing social enterprise.

Main responsibilities include:    

• Monitor stores operations and maintain high standard of customer service and brand image
• Supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales target and daily operation
• Provide regular reports, analysis and recommendations to Management
• Implement company’s strategies and business plans
• Develop business initiatives and solutions on business growth
• Build up and maintain good relationships with partners and suppliers
• Handle tendering and rental arrangement
• Conduct sales and services training and maintain a high quality standard

The appointee may have to work on holidays on need basis

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated preferred
• Over 5 years experience at management level with proven track record in retail industry
• Good planning and people management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Good command of MS Office, e.g. WORD, EXCEL
