Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Prepare schedules and reports for month-end account closing
-
Process payment requisitions in accordance with proper procedures and authorization
-
Reconcile and follow up debit notes from key accounts
-
Handle petty cash payment
-
Assist in other administrative works
REQUIREMENTS
-
Form 7 or above, relevant studies in Accounting/ Commercial course
-
Minimum 3 year clerical working experience
-
Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications
-
Good command of Cantonese and English
-
Willing to work overtime when necessary
