Responsibilities:

1. To collect tuition fees and rental charges for loan instruments from trainees, pay into the bank and prepare daily collection report;
2. provide administrative and logistic support to the division;
3. To process payment of part-time instructors;
4. To handle accounting related matters including (a) administration of accounting and Inventory System; (b) preparation of regular financial and supplies related returns and reports; (c) processing settlement of bills and expenditure, and reimbursement of claims; (d) assisting in the annual stock verification exercise;
5. To be responsible for all stores and supplies matters including maintenance of musical instruments, stores, furniture and equipment and updating inventory records;
6. To provide clerical and logistic support for training courses and music activities held in the music centre

Requirements:

1. 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) or equivalent
2. Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in accounting
3. Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and familiar with Chinese and English word-processing
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Immediately available
