Job Description

Job duties:

  • Prepare draft documents & handle general administrative duties
  • Spreadsheet analysis, office administration coordination, purchasing, document handling, filing and data processing, etc.
  • Coordinate with external parties

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general administration, e.g. office administration coordination, purchasing, document handling and filing, etc.
  • With work experience in property investment company is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computing skills (preferably in advanced Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
  • With logical thinking, detail-minded, proactive, mature and self-motivated with high sense of responsibilities
  • Be a team player and able to communicate with all levels of management
