Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Perform general administrative affairs including office management, asset inventory, and correspondence
  2. Help with recruitment
  3. Responsible for mandatory provident funds, salary payment, and personal income tax declaration
  4. Manage entry and departure procedures and labor contracts
  5. Help establish and operate employee assistance programs, and help with the design, execution, and improvement of staff welfare
  6. Take charge of treasury duties and help coordinate liaison work with banking and governmental departments
  7. Help arrange affairs for the board of directors

 

Requirements

  1. Hong Kong citizen
  2. At least 2 years of experience in administration and human resources and proficiency in Office suite programs
  3. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; patient and observant in manner
  4. Quick to adjust, adept at communicating and solving problems, and able to learn quickly
