Job Description

HRIS Responsibilities:

  • Attend meeting at the initial stage, go through system setup and requirements definition progress and take lead in the UAT (User Acceptance Test) 
  • Assist the team to define guidelines and standardization on HR systems usage
  • Liaise with HR, IT department and vendor to identify internal client’s needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Co-ordinate with external vender in HRIS enhancement and upgrading, etc
  • Provide training to the HR user on the HR system
  • Consolidate HR data and prepare the various reports for management

 C&B Responsibilities

  • Support in various projects such as insurance renewal, job grading and benchmarking and annual review excercises for both group and country level
  • Act as business partner to other countries operations to support on HR related issues 
  • Support on other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • A university degree holder in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Statistics or equivalent with minimum 5 years' relevant working experience with hands-on experience in HRIS & C&B, preferably with multinational companies
  • Excellent computer skills, especially advanced level of MS Excel
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person and can work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Immediate available is preferred
