Responsibilities

• Monitor all the Talent Acquisition and Development initiatives for the Group including management trainee, hospitality trainee and internship programs;
• Formulate and implement talent sourcing strategies;
• Formulate the promotion, recruitment, on-boarding, rotation, training and career development plans;
• Manage online and offline employer branding;
• Partner with business and corporate unit heads to understand the talent acquisition needs.

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, especially in management trainee program;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and manage project logistics and budgets;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer.
