Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial & administration support;
• Handling travel & hotel arrangement ;
• Scheduling appointments & liaise with different parties on daily business operations;
• Assist in assigned projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in business studies / BA
• With 2 years secretarial experience preferably in servicing / fashion retail industry
• Proactive, detail-minded with positive working attitude
• Friendly, flexible, willing to learn and with good communication skills, conversational Mandarin
• With good PC knowledge, i.e. MS Office, Chinese and English typing
• Immediate availability preferred
