Our client, Japanese bank is looking for a Head of Application Development to cover the following roles to accelerate the launch of new banking and wealth management business in HK.

Responsibilies;

• Initial design and delivery of entire business applications
• Design and execution of entire application operation and maintenance
• EUC integration and support - Excel Macro
• Communicate with users to create technical requirements
• Development of standard, policies and manual in applications

Requirements;

• At least 5-6years hands-on experience in building banking and wealth management applications in banks in HK
• Solid managing junior staffs experience and negotiation skill to other team
• Hands-on experience in design and execution of application operation and maintenance in banks in HK
• Experience with various banking service’s workflow. i.e. In/Out Remittance, Deposits, Mutual Fund and Bonds
• Experience of writing standard, policies and manuals in applications
• (Temenos T24 application implementation experience)
• Fluent Englich and Cantonese, Japanese speaking is a plus
