Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle the daily operation of Hong Kong securities settlements
• Handle the settlement, nominee & corporate action processes of equities
• Perform daily activities such as trade processing, trade settlement, fund transfer of Hong Kong equities, etc
• Handle clients' fund deposit and withdrawal, account opening, preparing client statements and settlement reports
• Communicate with internal peers and brokers to process settlement issues
• Cooperate with internal parties on product and business development such as operation flow design and system testing
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above is preferable
• At least 4 to 5 years’ relevant settlement experience in securities firm
• Sound knowledge of CCASS operation
• Good knowledge in Microsoft excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded, Independent, enthusiastic, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua is preferred
• Immediately available has priority
• Temporary for about 4 to 8 weeks/ Part-time/ Contract Basis (negotiable)
