Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the spa teams worldwide to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Regularly measure and review the spa activity, providing guidance and action plans to exceed financial targets and key business performance indicators.
  • Work with Corporate Management to establish effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities in line with business objectives.
  • Initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation, development and profitability of the spa and its auxiliary businesses such as salons and fitness centers.
  • Ensures that the spa is successfully positioned within the respective marketplace by competitive analysis on the strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
  • Ensure that guests receive an efficient, friendly and personalized service. Coach and encourage team members to obtain regular feedback and manage guest complaints effectively to activate long-term customer service improvements
  • Serves as the operating leader for all financial aspects of the operation including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, product & vendor research, selection, purchasing and management, and inventory control.
  • Develops a comprehensive standard facility operations manual, including written policies and procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance and ensure the compliance  with local Health & Safety legislations and company standards
  • Identify ongoing training and development needs for the spa team to add value to the business and todevelop team member potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree 8 years of experience in management in a luxury spa environment or five stars hotel.
  • International SPA management experience is a definite advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, aggressive and result oriented
  • Ability to meet financial targets and work under pressure
  • Excellent command in oral and written English
