About the company

Our client is a US-listed company specializing in personal care and dietary supplements. They are currently looking for a high calibre individual to join their Hong Kong office as a Training Officer/Executive.

Job duties

• Your main role is to develop and deliver training and education programs for the company's products.
• Your responsibility will include handling any inquiries about the products.
• You will help create training materials, plan training schedules, and organize product events from planning to execution.
• You will also assist in marketing events and brand storytelling.
• Finally, you will work closely with internal staff and trade partners as they will be the key audience of your training programs.

About the person

• Degree holder; candidates with health/beauty/cosmetics/nutrition/medical background highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years work experience in related fields
• Open to frontline Beauty Advisor or candidates from beauty background with strong presentation skills and want to develop a career in product training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working with different types of people and provide excellent customer service
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
