• Supervise production and manufacturing plans or processes and ensure adequate time for work flow
• Plan production of in-house samples and outsourced products and subcomponents
• Execute design concepts and prototypes based on design requirements
• Responsible for communicating requirements to vendors and provide technical support to factories regarding technical and fit specifications
• Lead and implement procurement manufacturing process improvements
• Minimum 7 years of uniform experience in relevant industry
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
