• Oversee all department functions including short and long term planning, as well as day to day operations
• Ensure team members deliver a high standard of quality, service and guest satisfaction
• Develop, implement and monitor quality control mechanisms for the department, including service standards, staff grooming, vehicle presentation, and health and safety
• Create and conduct tailor-made tours of Macau for VIP guests 
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in limousine services
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
