Responsibilities:

• Receive and serve guests in restaurants (Chinese / Western) / lounge
• Provide recommendations to guests & upsell promotion items / menus
• Work closely with other teams / departments in understanding guests’ needs
• Manage and supervise service attendants / casual staff to ensure quality standard of service is attained
• Handle guests’ enquiries / complaints
• General admin and finance supports; other adhoc assistance as per requests

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within F&B / hospitality industries
• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality service or related discipline
• Full-service restaurant / bar experience highly preferred
• Strong Sense of Sales and Customer-Service
• Great communication skills
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English (with at least Fair Mandarin)
• Able to work flexible hours (evenings / weekends / holidays)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Server
