The successful appointee who shall be analytical & flexible to perform the role of monitoring database management and maintaining CRM program, must fulfill following job duties and requirements for the application. 

Job responsibilities :

• To report and monitor the performance of CRM activities and profitability on promotion, roadshow, joint promotion and sales turnover;
• Be responsible for consumer research and surveys. Maintaining and Analyzing membership scheme, buying behavior and regularly reviewing and managing questionnaires data;
• Construct multi-channel action plan based on customer segmentation profiles;
• Develop and participate in the formulation of customer recognition and retention strategies;
• Plan and implement loyalty programs and customer events which are integrated effectively into overall marketing campaigns ;
• Implementation customer events from beginning to end and ensure flawless execution of every phase of the events
• Development of internal and external communication materials;
• Well maintaining the system operations and code management of Products and Treatments.

Qualifications & Working Experiences:

• Degree holder in Marketing Management / Information System Management;
• Minimum 2 years of CRM, loyalty marketing, and marketing data analysis duties in retail industry is a must;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
• Proficiency in MS word; Excel; PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Excellent in data analytics, project management and the ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights;
• Knowledge in B2B system / Retail Operation is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently with high team spirit to work with others;
• Number sensitive ,confident, proactive and detailed-minded;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Language.
