Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Review, understand and analyse the business processes, issues and opportunities for improvements.
• Propose solutions to adapt business processes and corresponding tools.
• Support Regional IT Director to identify, plan and monitor the IT projects to meet business goals and objectives.
• Interview client users and business partners to understand their needs and create adequate functional and non-functional requirements
• Document, review and ensure validation of those requirements
• Provide assistance to development team to ensure a good comprehension of the business needs
• Promote quality assurance best practices to development team
• Perform quality control for deliverables
• Plan, conduct and execute the user acceptance test
• Provide support in preparing the roll out of deliverables
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
• Document system behaviour for better understanding from IT and business users
• Establish and maintain good relationship with other departments
• Promote good working relationships between Kiabi Asia and their counter parts in France.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, Business & System Analysis or related disciplines with 3 years in business and system analysis experience.
• Previous exposure in garment buying office is definitely an advantage
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good presentations skills
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of French and/or Chinese would be an advantage
• Good team player
• Immediate available
