My Client is reputable Singaporean bank located in central. They are now urgently looking for an Application Support Analyst for HK office.

 Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of knowledge of all business application in order to advise/consult with on-site personnel.
• Effectively solve support problems in a timely manner and follow up on unresolved calls daily, until completed.  Maintain high level of customer service as the end user advocate.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize technical support issues; escalate/dispatch issues to appropriate department for support, as necessary.
• Escalate high priority issues resulting in regional or company-wide outages which affect the operations of company-wide systems. 
• Communicate to end users information on possible company-wide support issues, proactively; providing estimated time of resolution. 

 Qualifications

• Experience in application support in banks is a must
• Deep knowledge in application’s operation and maintenance.
• Experience with various banking service’s workflow. i.e. In/Out Remittance, Deposits, Mutual Fund and Bonds
• Experience of writing standard, policies and manuals in applications
• Understanding of Temenos T24 application implementation
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of analytical/research
• Experience of PM and vendor management
