Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting Chief Compliance and Technology Officer to handle all project development and execution and any other ad-hoc operations/activities
• Preparing project planning, scheduling, execution and construction supervision of development projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
• Close coordination of all project activities with internal departments, government authorities, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties
• Supervision and monitoring of project progress to ensure that projects are completed according to schedules, and quality and cost are up to Company’s standards and requirements
• Responsible for assisting Finance Department in budgetary control

Qualification and Experience

• Degree holder
• Experience in GMP and/or ISO Quality Management
• At least 5 years relevant experience involving in large-scale development projects, and construction supervisory experience in overseeing development projects
• Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem solving skills
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
