Responsibilities

• Monitor the Distribution Center (DC) team’s execution on quality control inspection procedures, guideline, workflow, and corrective actions are in accordance with the QC policies / specification from stakeholders
• Review, improve, and update the QC system, such as any new procedures, guideline, work flow, etc, in order to enhance the operation efficiency and effectiveness with innovative proposal
• Plan and implement the DC storage Inspection & Cold Chain Monitoring system (from Source to stores)
• Provide input in evaluating vendors’ performance to meet CSL internal quality fulfillment by providing vendor / product performance reports
• Provide professional coaching and training to related team members
• Provide technical support especially conduct product’s labeling screening check, and product photo taking
• Perform Job evaluation on QC related job activities in a fairness manner and meeting stakeholders’ standard and deadline
• Assist in customer complaints investigation and provide suggestions on remedial and preventive actions especially on product quality, labeling nonconformance issues

Requirements

• High Diploma in Food Science and / or Nutritional Sciences
• 2 years’ relevant experiences in related industry.
• Familiar with HK FEHD labeling regulations
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance System in food / retail industry will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all walks of people
• Proactive, good problem solving skills and mature with wide range of general knowledge
• Competent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with photography skill to capture subjects in commercial-quality photographs is preferred
