(Working Location: Yuen Long)

Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement process (quotation & PO)
• Liaise with suppliers on quotation follow-up, samples and delivery schedule via fax, mail, phone…etc
• Prepare full set of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration & related L/C documents)
• Handle quality compliant with supplier and escalate issue to Corporate Procurement Team
• Perform document filing & packing when necessary
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management
• Results orientated, initiative and proactive
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency PC skills, esp in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table) and Chinese Word Processing       
•  Knowledge in SAP is preferred
