Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of operations and documentation process, including incoming calls and enquiry from customers

• Work closely with overseas agents in air shipment arrangement

• Follow up overseas agents’ sales & routing orders

• Provide customer services, handle customers' complaints and answer customers' enquiries

• Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively

Requirements:

• F.7 or above;

• At least 2 years CS experience in Air Freight is an advantage;

• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua is a must;

• Familiar with PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and mature;

• Immediately available is highly preferable

We offer 13 months salary, medical and overtime allowance to right candidate.
