Job Responsibilities:

• Language skill ( Japanese speaking required ) 
• Responsible for sourcing all cosmetics products 
• Negotiable Price and Terms with suppliers and contractors 
• Monitor the inventory level and prepare stock forecasting 
• Follow up purchase orders 
• Handle document, e.g. Bills of Lading, Airway bill, Import & Export Declaration & Invoice Issue, etc
• Compare and negotiate the shipping price and lead time
• Travelling may be required occasionally
• Work independently and can deal with forwarders efficiently
• Ad-hoc assignments 

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or above in related subjects.
• 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in cosmetics industry.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
• Willing to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and overtime working
• Known Japanese is an advantage
• Report to manager
• immediate availability or short notice is preferred
