Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audit assignments and to review the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations and controls;
• Evaluate of compliance of local rules and regulations;
• Provide input to the annual audit plan and the development of new or improved audit programs;
• Compile effective and professional internal audit reports for management review;
• Identify all associated organization risks and exposures and provide constructive recommendations to management for improvement;
• Assist in supporting the corporate governance planning, risk management and internal controls processes for the Group;
• Influence the business and to provide insights to enhance the way risks are managed and controlled;
• Oversee the review process then make any necessary recommendations to change policies, implement new system.

Requirements

• Degree holder on Finance and Accounting Management;
• Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience of internal audit experience with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial level;
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an advantage;
• Understanding of internal control concept and risk assessment practice;
• Analytical mind with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and good team player;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Internal Audit Manager;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
