Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze all channels sales data;
• Monitor the overall inventory level;
• Issue the purchase orders and update the status reports regularly;
• Communicate and liaise with suppliers on price, quality, delivery and technical issues;
• Ensure an up-to-date database for item coding, price, product and delivery information are maintained at all times
• Work closely with account, shipping and warehouse department for payment, logistic as well as all merchandise requests in an effective manner 

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in analyst/ data driven/ merchandising roles preferably in retail
• Strong analytical and communications kills
• Independent, mature, responsible with positive and proactive attitude
• Willing to devote himself or herself to grow together with the company
• Good in English and Mandarin
• Good computer skills in MS Office 

Salary : 11000 to 15000
