Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cash application of customer payments and clearing of associated bank transactions in SAP & ViewPoint. Liaise with sales, customers, credit card merchants and banks to resolve issues as needed.

• Perform reconciliation of bank and suspense accounts.

• Provide support, as needed, for internal and external audits.

Candidate:

• Degree in accounting, or equivalent experience, with good computer skills especially in Excel.

• Team player with good people and communication skills.

• Must possess good customer service skills.

• Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines. Hardworking.

• Results-oriented and detail-minded person.

• Motivated self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguities, able to work within ill-defined boundaries and able to challenge status quo.
