Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Work independently to engage full set of company secretarial duties for both Hong Kong and Offshore companies.
  • Attend to the formalities of board meetings including the preparation of board packs and the minutes of meetings.
  • Preparation of board resolutions regarding group restructuring (ie. via loan capitalization, new share issuance, etc).
  • Liaison with lawyers, notary public on legalization of documents.
  • Conduct client acceptance procedures on new clients and perform continuous KYC reviews for existing clients.
  • Experience in performing accounting duties (ie. full set books) a plus.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • University graduate
  • Graduate / Associate member of HKICS / ICSA is preferred.
  • You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience at large professional firms or for an in-house role.
  • Solid experience in the co-ordination and hosting of board meetings involving multi-locations and several parties including the preparation of board minutes/resolutions.
  • Sound knowledge of the New Companies Ordinance.
  • Mature, detail-oriented
  • Able to read and understand legal documents.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as "Company Secretarial Senior Officer" and candidate with less experience will be considered as "Company Secretarial Officer."
